Executive Care Group have been involved in building & operating Care Homes since 1984, there are over 1,000 operational  beds across the UK.  There are a further 500 new beds planned for the near future.  Details of the new developments can be found under "find a home" page and then click on to 'new developments'. 

We pride ourselves on providing a high quality of care within luxurious environments and surroundings, which we feel makes our services stand out from those of many of our competitors. Our steady growth within Care Services has been matched by the growth in the support facilities provided by our team at Head Office.

The Managing Director of Care Services heads the Specialist Team comprising of two Operational Directors and three Operational Managers who support the Managers in the services by providing expert advice and guidance. Together they have numerous qualifications, experience, skills and expertise within all categories of care.

Our highly qualified and motivated Home and Specialist Service Managers all have regular contact with the Operations Team and Head Office which keeps everybody informed of new legislation innovative practices and company procedures.

We believe that training is paramount to good care standards and therefore we have an advantage as we own and operate the training company ATC (Access Training Centres).  All care staff benefit from the many bespoke training courses offered by ATC.

 All of our Care Services are supported by Head Office which oversees all of  the day to day financial reporting and all administration processes, whilst an in-house ‘rapid-response’ estates team are on hand for any maintenance issues that may arise. Support is also offered from the Human Resourses Department, Marketing Department and the regular Maintenance Team, which, when all combined together produces a highly effective service.This leaves the Home Managers and Specialist Service Managers free to focus on the people who use the services and their individual care and support needs.
