About Us
Jennifer has been involved in care homes since 1984. The care homes now operate under the Company name of Executive Care Group, and there are over 1,000 operational beds across the UK. There are a further 500 new beds planned for the near future. Details of the new developments can be found under "find a home" page and then click on to new developments.
We pride ourselves on the high standards of care we offer and on our high quality environments which make our homes stand out from those of many of our competitors. Our steady growth in care homes has been matched by our growth in support facilities and head office expertise.
The Managing Director of Care Services heads the Specialist Team comprising of two Operational Directors and three Operational Managers who support the home managers by providing expert advice as they have various qualifications in all categories of care.
Our highly qualified and motivated care home managers all have regular contact with the head office and benefit from the sharing of new practices and procedures.
We believe that training is paramount to good care standards and therefore we have an advantage as we own and operate the training company ATC (Access Training Centres). All care staff benefit from the many bespoke training courses offered by ATC.
All of the care homes are supported by a central office which control all the day to day financial reporting and administration processes, whilst an in-house ‘rapid-response’ estates team deal with any maintenance issues. This leaves the care home managers free to focus on the service users and their individual care needs.
Support is also offered from the Human Resources Department, Marketing Department and the Maintenance team, which all combined, produce a highly effective team.
